You can expect ground beef, steaks, roasts and/or beef cubes in our packages, but we cannot confirm which cuts since they depend upon availability. The contents of the box will also vary according to the weight of your order.

*We've been issued a Class 3 permit that allows us to store and distribute our products from home. All of our products are thus kept frozen. Should you request fresh meat, we could accommodate you since our animals are inspected, slaughtered and cut by a Class 5 establishment. Please note that such a request might take us some time to fulfill since we only slaughter our animals a few times a year.
